The purpose of this policy is to ensure that the Ultimate Institute of Australia providessupport to students to adjust to study and life in Australia, to achieve their learning goals and to achieve satisfactory progress towards meeting the learning outcomes of the course.

The purpose of this policy is to ensure that the Ultimate Institute of Australiahas a critical incident policy and procedure that covers the action to be taken in the event of a critical incident, required follow-up to the incident, and records of the incident and action taken, in compliance with ‘Standard 6 – Student Support Services’ of the National Code.

In line with obligations under Victorian and Commonwealth legislation, Ultimate Institute of Australia is committed to promoting a fair and equitable environment for staff and students that is free from discrimination, harassment and vilification.

This policy applies to all current and prospective Ultimate Institute of Australia staff and students and should be read in conjunction with the ‘Complaints and Appeals Policy and Procedure

Students are required to follow all rules of the Ultimate Institute of Australiaand the instructions from staff representingthe Ultimate Institute. Students are required to act in a non-discriminatory manner at all times and respect therights of other students, staff and visitors.

Students are also required to adhere to academic rules and regulations as directed by the Ultimate Institute of Australia or its representatives. Where a student is found to have acted in a way that the Ultimate Institute of Australia deems to be misconduct, the Ultimate Institute of Australia may implement disciplinary action in the form of suspension or cancellation of a student’s enrolment.

The purpose of this policy is to guide Ultimate Institute of Australia to meeting OH&S legislation and addressing OH&S issues in the workplace.

Ultimate Institute of Australia places a high priority on the safety and health of its employees and clients. This policy and procedure has been developed recognising that the well-being of employees and clients can directly affect their job satisfaction, motivation, and overall morale in the institute environment.

This policy and procedure ensures that Ultimate Institute of Australia can provide educational services in a safe and secure environment.

The following procedure provides a guideline to the requirements of timetabling of classes, times of the Ultimate Institute Australia’s operation, and delivery schedule to ensure that the students are not being asked to undertake training and assessment without over extending their time capabilities or jeopardising their safety.

UltimateInstitute of Australia’s strict policy against plagiarism and cheating means that the integrity of our courses and qualifications issued is upheld. It is essential to our reputation that plagiarism is dealt with promptly and in accordance with this policy

The Complaints and Appeals Policy and Procedure is designed to ensure that the Ultimate Institute of Australia responds effectively and efficiently to students’ complaints and dissatisfaction during the course of study.

This policy outlines a mechanism to ensure students and prospective students can have their dissatisfaction regarding any academic or non-academic matters addressed appropriately in a timely, fair and confidential manner.

The purpose of this policy and procedure is to determine the support needs of individual learners and to provide access to the academic support and support services necessary for the learner to meet the requirements of the training or a course, as specified in training packages or VET accredited courses.

The purpose of this policy and procedure is to ensure that Ultimate Institute has controls in place to:Not issue qualifications, statements of attainment and records of results unless the learner has completed all requirements of the training product as specified in the relevant training package or VET accredited course Meet the AQF qualifications issuance policy and any other specifications required within the VET sector; including the use of the NRT logo

The purpose of this policy and procedure is to ensure that Ultimate Institute of Australia accepts and provides credit to learners for units of competency and/or modules where these are evidenced by an AQF certifications document issued by another RTO or AQF authorised issuing organisation, or an authenticated VET transcript issued by the Registrar

The purpose of this policy and procedure is to ensure that UltimateInstitute meets the requirements of the Student Identifier Scheme (USI).

The policy has been developed toprovide guidelines for the payment of fees by domestic full fee paying students implement and maintain a process for fair and equitable refund of fees paid by the domestic full fee paying students
